What Is Ashtanga Yoga ?
Ashtanga is great for building strength in the arms, wrists, legs and core. Because of the repetition of the Surya Namaskar and the constant Vinyasas, the whole practice is a dynamic, flowing sequence that makes you stronger as well as more flexible.
It is one of the most physically challenging forms and also adaptable form of yoga. In its most traditional form it involves a very long sequence of postures with a vinyasa in between each.

4) Functional movements that are the bridge to strength, flexibility, and resilience
5) Mental and Physical Resilience
Instructions will be given throughout the warm-up, as well as the standing, seated, and closing sequences. We’ve put together a collection of ashtanga yoga asanas that when used together can radically improve your strength, flexibility, tone up the entire body and supercharge your whole body.
