Cardio Fitness is the short form of cardiorespiratory training. It is an essential part of all workouts be it to remain fit, healthy, or to lose weight. Cardio Fitness, sometimes referred to as aerobic exercise, is any rhythmic activity that raises your heart rate into your target heart rate zone and this is the zone where you burn the most fat and calories.
Accordingly any exercise that can raise your heart rate and make you breathe more is called cardio. While doing cardio exercise one should think of engaging all the major muscle groups present in the body.Â

Elevate your heart rate up for a prolonged period of time.

We have designed a series of aerobic exercises along with workouts that encourage a full range of motion in the body, but they are not without a toning benefit. You will likely feel a number of your muscles burning during many of these exercises. One needs to focus, and practice control over the body in order to maximise the components that will help you firm up.
Our trainer will help you focus on:
1) Lower body
2) Upper body
3) Butt and thigh area
4) Core conditioning
5) Endurance and strength
6) Belly burn and more.
The session will start with warm up, progress to main movements and then cool down.
