Fennel Tea

Fennel is a powerful coolant. It keeps the body and mind hydrated & fresh, even during a long day. Fennel tea is a great way to reduce body heat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Honey
  • ½ inch ginger
  • 2 tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 6 Mint leaves
  • 3 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil in a pot, add 3 cups of water. Let it come to a boil.
  • Now, add crushed fennel seeds and ginger. Let the water simmer on medium flame until it reduces to just two cups.
  • Next, turn off the gas flame and strain it into cups. Add honey and mix well.
  • Your fennel tea is now ready to be served. You can garnish it with mint leaves. Enjoy the drink while warm.
