Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi)
- 1½ tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
- ½ tsp Nutmeg powder (jaayaphal) (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla syrup
- ¼ cup Fresh coconut , grated (optional)
- To taste Black pepper powder (optional)
Instructions
- To begin making, take a saucepan, lightly warm the milk and add fresh turmeric powder. Give it a good stir and taste if you want to increase the amount of turmeric.
- Now add cinnamon & nutmeg powder into the milk and stir it again. Turn off the flame and add honey + Vanilla Extract into the milk.
- Mix everything well and let it sit for a couple of seconds. Now pour the warm milk into a mug and top it with grated coconut and a pinch of black pepper powder.
Notes
Tip: You can also add roasted badam powder (Roasted almond powder) for a nutty flavor.
