Corn cutlet

Corn is rich in a variety of minerals and vitamins which are essential for your child's development. One of them is Thiamin which supports nerve and brain development.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Potatoes (2 medium)
  • ¾ cup Sweet Corn
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • ½ tsp Red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Ginger Paste (can use ginger garlic paste also)
  • To taste salt
  • ¼ tsp Chat Masala
  • ¼ cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil potatoes until just done.
  • If using corn on the cob, boil until firm to the bite.
  • Mash the potatoes well and add the rest of the ingredients except oil.
  • Knead well to bind the dough. If the dough becomes dry, knead with moist fingers.
  • Tip: You can also blend half of the mixture in the blender and mix it with the rest.
  • Make 8 to 10 balls and flatten them. (you can make any shape)
  • Heat a pan with one tablespoon oil and toast them on both the sides until golden.
  • Serve corn cutlet hot or warm with sauce or chutney.
