Ingredients
- 1 tsp Honey
- ½ inch ginger
- 2 tbsp Fennel seeds
- 6 Mint leaves
- 3 cup water
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a pot, add 3 cups of water. Let it come to a boil.
- Now, add crushed fennel seeds and ginger. Let the water simmer on medium flame until it reduces to just two cups.
- Next, turn off the gas flame and strain it into cups. Add honey and mix well.
- Your fennel tea is now ready to be served. You can garnish it with mint leaves. Enjoy the drink while warm.
