2) The basics of exercise and achieve a solid foundation for flipping movements.

3) You will also learn flips, kicks, jumps, swings and more.

4) How to combine single moves into “combos” and have fun moving around.

This fitness session offers slow but clear and efficient progressions to learn fitness step by step without the fear of injury and hurting yourself.
