Strawberry & Oats Smoothie
Strawberries are rich in anthocyanins, which helps boost the body's production of a hormone called adiponectin. This hormone further helps in boosting metabolism and aids in weight management. Oatmeal itself can help you lose weight because it will help you feel full longer than other foods. The fiber content of oatmeal can also aid the digestive system.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
- 1 cup Strawberries , quartered
- 2 cups Almond milk or coconut milk (can also use coconut water)
- To taste Sugar or honey (optional)
- 3 or 4 Ice cubes
Instructions
- To make the Strawberry & Oats Smoothie, add all the ingredients to a blender and make a smooth puree.
- Adjust the consistency of the smoothie by adding more milk if required.
- Serve the Strawberry & Oats Breakfast Smoothie chilled for breakfast.
Notes
Note: Avoid mixing all berries (including strawberry) with milk. When we add berries to milk, the milk may not curdle right away- but it will curdle after our initial digestion.
