Watermelon Cooler

Watermelon is full of antioxidants such as lycopene and also vitamin C and A which helps reduce free radicals that can slow down the signs of ageing. The consumption of Vitamin A can encourage growth of collagen and elastin cells that helps your skin stay young and supple.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Cubed seedless watermelon
  • 10 Ice cubes
  • cup Fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup or to taste White sugar (optional)
  • A pinch Black salt or Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a blending jar add watermelon, ice, lime juice, sugar and salt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour in glass and serve.
